StarFest is one of the upper Midwest’s finest marching band competitions. 2007 marked the 10th anniversary competition. Each year the area’s top marching bands come to Elwood Olsen Stadium to compete in preliminary competitions in the afternoon, with finals taking place throughout the evening.
