REMINDER!!! – BAND CAMP POTLUCK

PARENTS: You need to attend the annual Band Camp Potluck with you band student. It’s a great way for your band student to cap off a long week of Band Camp and for parents to meet, visit, and hear important information for the upcoming year. It will also be a great time to meet our new band director, Mr. Sursely.
Class – Potluck Item To Bring
Freshmen & Sophomores – Main Dish
Juniors – Salad or Side Dish
Seniors – Dessert
Each family needs to provide their own tableware and drinks.
*** VERY IMPORTANT ***
There will be important information regarding StarFest and other upcoming band events discussed at the potluck so you don’t want to miss this event.
If you absolutely cannot attend the potluck you will need to email the band parents group at firstname.lastname@example.org or call Jennifer at 251-3069 sometime before Aug 10th to have this important information sent to you.
